At DeFlock The Flock, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with any original tags and packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
